AJB Photography is based in Leeds but works all over the Yorkshire region and does travel further if required. Andrew offers a friendly and professional service. Andrew is a Licentiate qualified member of the Society of Wedding and Portrait Photographers.
He has been covering weddings for many years. He has developed a style of mixing traditional, contemporary and some reportage images. The aim is to make your photographic experience an enjoyable one, he believes there must be a good rapport between himself and the couple to get great images. The photographs need to reflect the emotions, the romance, the passion and the fun of the your wedding day. Andrew also covers civil partnerships and takes the same approach to both civil partnerships and weddings.
His portrait work is based on lifestyle portraiture, these can be taken at your home or at a location of your choosing. Each portrait session is a unique experience, individual to you. A portrait should capture a fleeting moment that reflects you as a person. We meet before the portrait shoot to get to know each other, also to discuss clothing, the location and the style of photographs you would like. Only one portrait session per day is taken on to ensure that the greatest potential from the session is gained. After the session a viewing is arranged, there is no hard sell.
For the enviromentally friendly, the sun is a natural and enviromentally friendly light source, why use studio lights? The great outdoors offers a vast range of settings, much more interesting than chopping down trees to sit on a sheet of background paper.
